Agency Fees
In certain cases such as real estate transactions, we must spend extra time ensuring you understand the documents and that they are completed in the proper manner. In these cases, the following additional rates will apply:

| Photocopying of ID | $15 - $25 |
| Printing | 50 cents per page |
What to Bring to Appointments:
Please bring all relevant documents, fully completed but not signed or dated. Also, bring at least two pieces of ID with your picture on them (at least one of which must be government issued, such as a passport or driver's license) and a secondary ID such as a credit card or health card card.
